NEW YORK!

Happy Fat Tuesday! Don't I wish I was in New Orleans but I am in NY. Oh yes! Well actually I have been here for a week today. I have my annual thyroid appointment. Last Tuesday, I went to the"special" hospital. I had an ultrasound and bloodwork. It felt  so good to be in the city. I was very glad that I beat the snow that came on Wednesday. Seriously NY?I decided to stay upstate with my cousin. Actually, my goddaughter has been asking me when was I coming to visit them. I told her the next time I come I would stay. So I wanted to keep my word. She has grown up in front of my eyes. I remember that wonderful day when she was born. So,15 years later when a teenager asks for you to come, you better run because before you know it they will be grown and don't want anything to do with you. Lol I haven't really done anything because the weather has been crazy. I did not pack for this weather AT ALL. I have just been enjoying the time with my goddaughter and her sister. They are a bunch of laughs. I hate that I won't get to see everyone this time but I hope to be back when the weather is nice. I have one more trip into the city for my results, which I know all will be well, then back to SC. Well, let me go finish enjoying Rachel Ray, love that show!
