Uhhh,..What happened to Christmas? OMG!!! I can't believe Christmas is over. It took me longer to order some of my presents and put them in gift bags then the actually day. Well, to me it didn't even feel like Christmas. I don't know if I am just use to snow and it just seems like NYC always has that hustle and bustle. I really don't know if it was because I really wasn't in the Christmas spirit.
Two weeks prior to Christmas I was sick and wasn't able to help my mom decorate the house nor go with her to get the tree and decorate it. Hmmm...Maybe that's it! I really have no clue. I really didn't ask for anything for Christmas. I was going to purchase me a new tv because my tv from my house in NY didn't fit in the tv hutch in my room so I had to make do so I was going to purchase a new flat screen with a dvd player. My mom said that she would get it for me for Christmas so I already knew what I was getting. I honestly think once you get older Christmas can almost be like another day. We went to my uncle's for dinner. To be honest with you, I could have stayed home and stayed in my pj's. My father's side of the family always seem to have drama at EVERY family gathering. But hey, gotta love your family. Sometimes its just a bit much for me! Otherwise, I am thankful for another year with the craziness! I just can't believe we are preparing for New Years. Where did the year go?
I hope you all had a great Christmas and are ready for the New Year! I think I am. lol
Aww glad you feel better...and it sounds like Christmas ended being awesome!!
